KVADOS increases efficiency of the Romanian energy business thanks to deployment of myAVIS in process automation
KVADOS’s solution went live in the Romanian company S.C. ADREM INVEST S.R.L. The solution is based on the information system myAVIS™ Field Service. This e-system manages and optimises activities carried out by technical field teams. Step-by-step launch of the routine operation started on 1 June 2011. Now, the system supports in all 23 Romanian regions the management and administration of all processes relating to connection of customers and installation / removal / replacement of electricity meters.

The delivered solution covers completely job orders and resource planning which is of key importance for the outsourcer S.C. ADREM INVEST. Thanks to a wide range of functions, all processes – beginning with the first job order until the final signature by the customer – are carried out in an electronic way only. Hundreds of mobile and office users can used any of efficient and necessary tools to manage and optimise field works, to deliver reports and bookkeeping data, and to exchange data with the SAP-based primary system.
Major savings have been reached thanks to the deployment of the solution: costs went down, efficiency is three times higher if compared with the original performance, mistakes were eliminated and data exchange accelerated between the outsourcer and its customer. The system monitors KPIs‘ (Key Performance Indicators) which are the basis for reporting of quality, reliability and correctness the outsourcer’s processes.
Thanks to the excellent experience, S.C. ADREM INVEST S.R.L. has decided to extend the solution and include the mobile information system – myAVIS™ Field Service. Works are in progress now, the focus being placed on billing and sealing.
